Thanks – great interview! Took the Primary Colors Test. Innovative way to learn more about yourself, your strengths, mode(s) of operating, etc. Fascinating! Don’t know why but hadn’t heard of this book and author Rick Smith so thanks again for another inspiring and educational interview!

I look forward to reading this book. As someone in his mid to late 30’s, it’s inspiring to hear Rick’s words, and how he was able to transition his life and follow his passion.
